When we provide services on your behalf, you provide us with your customers' phone numbers for the sole purpose of sending authorized review request messages. We do not independently collect information from your customers. You are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained proper consent before sharing your customers' information with us (see our Terms of Service).
Automatically collected information. Our website may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. Third-party embeds on our site (such as social media widgets) may set their own cookies and collect data subject to their own privacy policies.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or your customers' information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share, sell, or use mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We use third-party providers to operate our services, including cloud hosting, SMS delivery platforms, and data storage services. These providers process data only as necessary to perform their functions on our behalf. We select providers with appropriate security practices, but we are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their policies independently.
To our clients (business owners): By checking the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from KC Pulse related to your account and services. Message frequency varies (typically 1-4 messages per week). Standard message and data rates may apply.
To your customers (on your behalf): We send review request messages to your customers using phone numbers you provide. These messages are sent on your behalf and at your direction. You are the sender of record. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also email us to opt out. Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Consent records, including timestamp and method of consent, are retained for a minimum of five years per TCPA and carrier requirements.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, plus a reasonable period after termination for record-keeping and legal compliance. SMS consent records are retained for a minimum of five years per regulatory requirements, even after account termination. Customer phone numbers provided by you are retained only for the duration of active service and are deleted within 30 days of account termination, except where retention is required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We will process your request within 30 days. Certain data may be retained where required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the data we process. These include encrypted connections, access controls, and limited data retention. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
